Feeding the 5K

Lace Up for a Great Cause! 👟❤️

The Community for Christ Assistance Center is excited to host its Annual 5K at Bailey Park in Camp Point!

This isn’t just a 5K—it’s an opportunity for our community to come together and make a real difference in the lives of our neighbors. Every step and every dollar raised helps support the Center’s Food Pantry, providing essential food to local families and individuals who are facing difficult times.

The need in our community is real. In 2025 alone, the Community for Christ Assistance Center provided more than 2,300 food baskets to local people in need. That’s more than 2,300 opportunities to put food on a table and remind someone that their community cares.

Your participation can help us continue meeting that need! Whether you run, walk, sponsor, volunteer, or simply spread the word, you can be part of making a difference.

Come join us, lace up, and help us feed our community—one step at a time!
